COVID 19 Information and FAQ’s

We have missed you guys and can’t wait to see you! We will reopen on June 15th at 10am!
Please fill out our waiver prior to you arrival, as our waiver station is shutdown for the time being for our guests safety.

We have implemented the following for our staff and guests health and well being.

  • Staff training on CDC and STL County guidelines and requirements
  • Increased sanitation throughout the day
  • All team members will have face coverings
  • Team member wellness checks everyday prior to clocking in
  • Reduced capacity in facility
  • Social distancing tape on the floor
  • Plexiglass separators between staff and customers
  • Removal of condiments and straws, please ask and we will provide them
  • We have increased the number of hand sanitizer stations
  • Reduced seating in the dining area
  • What you can do to help.

  • Follow the marks on the floor to ensure social distancing
  • Wash your hands and utilize our hand sanitizer stations
  • Adhere to the signage posted
  • Follow team guidance during your visit
  • If you are not feeling well or running a fever please stay at home
  • We will continue to monitor the situation and adhere to the conditions put forth by the CDC and the State. During this time, we thank you for your understanding, your patience, and most of all, for being a part of the Fusion Family.
